By using SciHire, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About SciHire

SciHire is a marketplace connecting scientific experts with organizations for short-term, freelance, project-based work. SciHire is not an employer.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must provide accurate information
• Experts must have genuine scientific expertise
• Organizations must be legitimate entities

3. Nature of Engagement

• Freelance/contract-based, not employment
• Temporary and project-based
• No benefits (PF, insurance, leave)

4. Platform Fees

When payment system is active: 10% from organization + 2% from expert per transaction. Attempting to bypass the payment system is a violation and may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading information
• Sharing contact information to bypass the platform
• Scraping or exporting data
• Hacking or disrupting the platform

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through the platform's dispute mechanism. SciHire mediates based on evidence. SciHire's decision is final.
