SciHire ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform at scihire.onrender.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

- Expert profile: Name, field, techniques, institution, experience, rate, location, bio
- Org profile: Org name, industry, description, location, website
- Transaction data: Hire requests, milestones, messages, reviews

- To display expert profiles to organizations
- To facilitate hire requests and project management
